When applying for a Work Permit, evidence must be provided that a Labour Market Needs Test has been undertaken for the vacancy.
Applications should not be submitted unless the Labour Market Needs Test has been completed i.e. vacancy must be advertised with the FÁS/EURES employment network for at least 8 weeks and additionally in local and national newspapers for six days.
